It always amazes me when I go to the store and see a mother pushing a 30 pound stroller to hold her seven pound baby. Mathematically, it doesn’t seem to make much sense. Those “travel system” strollers – the ones with the bucket style car seat that snaps in to a full size stroller - take up most of the space in the average car trunk, weigh more than most women can comfortably lift, and are a pain in the butt to open and close.
